Relational Therapy
Relationships can be hard as they require time, effort, and consistency. Regardless of your relationship needs, let us support you. Individual Therapy
During individual therapy you can expect to focus on your individual needs, while exploring your relationships with others, and how that could be contributing to your presenting problem. Virginia Satir stated, “many people are living in an emotional jail without realizing it”. We hope that at the end of your treatment you will experience increased self-awareness, empowerment, and identity.
Supervision
OmniHealing Wellness Center offers individual and dyad supervision to those on the marriage and family therapy track. If you are interested in our focus areas, social justice, diversity, and inclusion we encourage you to apply today.
What to expect at your first session...
Our dynamic team will begin by establishing a therapeutic relationship with you, focusing on your diversity and autonomy. You may be asked about your presenting challenges and the history of them. The first session is best described as an intake and assessment session.
The session will be assessment focused and this may feel overwhelming or frustrating. We encourage you to look at this as the providers initial attempt to get an accurate picture of who you are and what brings you to therapy.
During this session, you will learn more about OmniHealing Wellness Center’s policies and procedures. You will learn about the importance of confidentiality, your role as a patient, and your provider’s role.
Community Involvement
Consulting
In accordance with our values and mission, OmniHealing Wellness Center provides consulting services to agencies hoping to create system change for the betterment of their clients and staff. Workshops
OmniHealing Wellness Center aims to be involved in the community in many ways and we are always excited to provide workshops about various mental health topics. We experience providing services to school districts, churches, and to soldiers in the Army.
